A low cost way to home ownership
Want to buy but are not quite in a position to do so? Shared ownership could be an option.
In conjunction with WDH, a selection of brand new homes in the market town of Driffield offered on a shared ownership basis of between 40% and 75% share.
Crop Close in Driffield, forms part of the ever popular development of Dawnay Park and was constructed by local developers GP Atkin Ltd.
A select number of properties were sold to WDH and these are, in turn offered back to the people of Driffield and surrounding areas in conjunction with the Help to Buy scheme on a shared ownership basis, giving people a low cost way to buy a share in their own home, whilst renting the remaining share.
All homes are brand new, with fully fitted kitchens, quality bathrooms and landscaped gardens.
